hey shut up! :(

I just don't wanna be associated with any of those goons who pump iron all day. And talk about their pecks and delts and how to do a perfect dead lift.

Okay this might sound weird but... for my warm up on the stationary bike, I often used to use Beethoven's Fifth. It's got these really great bursts of huge and frantic sound (pedal faster) and then soft moments (pedal slower) and it's about 20 minutes long, so it's the perfect length of time for a warm up.

For cardio, the music varies.

I do crunches and abs work to Bullet in the Head.

Once the music starts--past the intro--I do 206 crunches/moves for each repeat of that song.

When I meet up with friends and they ask how many times I listened to Bullet, they can figure out how many abs moves I've done that day. They're smart like that with the math.

I don't really "work out" like with the sit ups and shit you know, but I'll jam some music and dance around like a happy whore on crack. I'm such a loser.

M1A1 by Gorillaz was mentioned earlier on. Do they sample Day of the Dead in that song? I was just wondering.
