This is just some green tea I bought at Marshalls, and I put cinnamon in it myself.

I've learned that it is all about how I prepare the tea. The quick-coffee dispenser at the workplace doesn't do it for me. I seem to have to put loads of sugar in it. And that defeats the purpose, I think. So perhaps the cinnamon would make for a sufficient sucrose sub.
