My neighbor's friend said that Beastie Boys were actually referring to Slam by Onyx. For It was Slam that had a sudden but sagacious impact on the people of New York.

No one believed that chanting "Dup Duh Dup, let the boys be boys" would cause the community to watch and emulate wrestling moves on the couch. Obviously, they were wrong.
