Post the things that only take you 5 minutes to prepare, but make your mouth water just thinking about them.

Cheese and onion on toast

Bread
1 Red onion
1 block of cheese (preferably Cheddar/Leicester)

Lightly toast some bread under the grill/in a toaster until it just hints at being golden
While that's underway, chop up some red onion and cut some slices of cheese lengthways (2 per slice)
Remove the bread from the heat and add the onion, spreading it so that it covers the entire slice
Add the cheese slices so that they cover the onion completely and place under grill
Allow the cheese just enough time to melt (1-2 minutes) and remove from the heat
Eat it, bitch

Gotta be cheese on toast but for it be the best put some worcestershire sauce on before you but back under the grill with some salt and pepper - its the shit. Dont put onions on - they are satans testicles!

It all depends on the cheese- "white" just doesn't toast, whereas "yellow" cheese, mainly cheddar toasts like a momma.

take a whole banana, dip it in honey, then roll it around in some chopped peanuts (any nuts will do)... gives it a nice sweet and crunchy taste

Lightly toasted wholemeal pitta + hummous

Dunk and eat (y)

Or in my case, pile as much hummous as you can onto a piece of pitta without dropping it, then eat.

it's true. i love sprout salads too. and sprouted beans. broccoli sprouts and onion sprouts and hraggghhmmm. i have a sprouting jar and tons of alfalfa seed but i'm lazy and just buy them anyway :o

slice cucumers and put 'em in a bowl with some good ol' balsamic and you're damn fine.

slice cukes and jicama and pineapple and drizzle lemon and/or lime juice over it and sprinkle chili flakes or powder over it. dirty mexican snackies. mmm.

almond butter mmmm. ever tried cashew butter? IT'S INTENSE.

seriously, i'm taking a culinary arts class this semester and it should be insanely amazing. i won't be able to eat 97% of what we make but it'll be awesome experience. i'm starting to consider becoming a vegan chef. teehee.

there were some left-over breaded chicken breasts in the fridge, so i chopped a couple up, and put them in some soft-taco shells, gradded some cheese, and thre them in the micro-wave. good, and they only took a couple minutes to make.
