i know but the money wud have been put to better use if he had taken it.
if u saw the interview he said that when he returns to comedy central he wants the DVD sales to go back to the people. if dave wud have accepted the money it wud probally wud be in a charity right now then in some sleazy Comedy Central executive's bank account.

I'm no Oprah fanatic, but to be fair she does give a lot of money to various charities and she gives a lot of people the chance to tell their stories in order to maybe help out others to not make the same mistakes.
