my best friend moved away 3 years ago
granted she is only a 4.5 hour drive+1.5 hour ferry trip+1 hour busride away but still shes not at my finger tips at any given moment
you get used to it, learn more about them via phone and msn and then have a really really good reason to travel every so often to visit them
you'll appreciate them more when its long distance
and they'll become even that much more important to you

sadly I wish love relationships worked out this way more often via long distance :( :(

That's really sad talita, but all I can say is keep in touch over the internet and phone. And maybe visit sometimes if you can. I've never stayed in one place for over a year my whole life, and every time I made a new friend I had to move again so I sort of know how you feel. Now it's hard for me to make new friends for some reason, bad social skills I guess. But yeah, don't let moving get in the way of your relationship. ;)

The saddest part of this, is that I don't have money to go often to europe, them we will keep our friendship via letters, msn, phone calls... But it isn't the same, we always do a lot of things together... It hurts... :(

We are friends since I was 12 and she was 11... We studied at the same school, We went to the same parties and we got the same friends, my family loves her, Her family hates me cause once I fighted with her sister (that has my age), She stoped to talk to her sister because of me!! You know, it is more than words could explain!!
