The thing is that he's not stupid. So what's up with his testimony? Are they that confident that no one will stop them?

It's too bad that American citizens can't be forced to listen to that jackass testifying. There is some real scary shit going down and no one cares. The contempt that this administration feels toward congress and the senate (even though controlled by their own party) and the laws is staggering.
