Sometimes my boss goes out of town on fridays and is out of the office all day. on those fridays I like to go to lunch at this bar and grill and order a pint of beer. I supoose it's not much of a rebellion since there's no chance I'll get caught, but going back to work with a buzz is my own little fuck you to the establishment.

i like to drink on my lunch hour occasionally and it does feel quite rebellious... i rarely get a buzz unless it's one of those 24 oz beers...

I'm a little surprised that one is all it take s for me now a days too..but it's probably because I don't have time to eat any breakfast, and I usally down half the thing before I get my food.

Today she accidentally served me the 24 oz beer, but only charged me for a pint. ;) the waitress at this place is the bomb. I tip her well.

if you are talking about work...

i guess i could say that i really don't do much. i mean, i do what is given to me, but much of the stuff could be finished in half the time it takes me...

and often my lunch hour extends to almost 2 hours because i don't feel like going back to work.



don't think i have ever had a drink over lunch, but i never really go anywhere that would serve any. and i don't think 1 or 2 would really effect me all that much

for me to 'rebel' would just be churlish and immature. I've got my life set up pretty much just the way I like it - great husband, job I love, kiddie on the way, nice place to live, make a decent living, got my health, two eyes, two hands, two legs - so for me to act like some kind of 'rebel' would be silly. So I'll just be me, cuz that's working out pretty well.

Yeah, part of the joys of being a supervisor. Especially at night. 13 hour shifts and we only do about a half hour of work during that time so I let everyone bring in their x-box or dvds. It can get very boring here so I try to make sure everyone is occupied so they don't get the z monster lurking after them.

We do no real physical labor here and there isn't any "busy" work to do. Just wait for a customer, assist and then sit back down.

I don't really rebel at this job; there's not much to rebel against. I have about Two hours' work to do over the period of a week, so when I get a task, I'm all over it, salivating.
