Well Ace, that's entirely dependent on what you mean by 'Guantanamo' by 'prisoner' and by 'torture'.

If by prisoner, for example, you mean IslamoNazi, than you're closer to the truth.

If by tortured, you mean 'freedom tickled' than yes, you're correct.
