well we recorded it in sections(verse1,2 etc) and I went str8 through each verse so I guess in that sense there were no pauses, but overal I did get it in one take since there is an original done over a complete 180 of a beat...I will get you that original if you want it...I don't have the CD on me at this moment.I don't mix the songs Dandy you'll have to discuss that with Auton on what he wanted to do with that , but given the dark vibe of the beat the echo does match..."slammed our face" well it's water and thats what the water did in terms of waves...thanx once again glad to see this was still on the first page when I got on here this morning...this is a sad song indeed.

you really have made my day with the props you have been given...I speak for both me and Auton when I say thanks.I try and vary my voice based on the emotion on of the beat and song something I learned while listening to 2pac...although my style does not reflect his (which is good) his music helped me alot.

Just listened to both the remix and the original. In both cases, a flat-out awesome track! It's tough to say, but I actually might prefer the remix. Both have their good vibes and work in their own ways, but if I had to choose, I'd say the remix.

I dont know what the hells being goin on but all the fuss got me curious so am looking thru the thread to see what happened and listened to the tune whilst doin so. I wasnt expectin much to be honest but I have to say thats a really good tune. Top rhymes - despite what others seem to have said - you have a good voice and nice delivery. Really really like the remix as well proper good beats and nice sounds. Other stuff on soundclick's good as well. Excellent stuff mate (y)
