Obviously they didn't realise who they were handing them to. I feel like committing some major sacrilege and wiping my arse with them after blessing them on behalf of the devil. Just to stick it to the man.

I have a silver charm that I bought at the Vatican in 1981. I paid extra to have it blessed by the pope and I had to leave it an extra day. I felt pretty good about it until I saw on the TV news that the pope was out of the country at the time. If he can bless them long distance, then why did I have to leave it over night?

Because the church is all about lying. Did you question them about that? I'd want a refund especially if the blessing costs extra

I believe it cost $1 extra. My parents and I had a laugh (none of us were religious).
The pope was short shortly thereafter.
