I was just wondering if anyone had any examples of what the Beastie Boys hip hop sounded like inbetween their sets of playing their instruments in the early 80's when Rick Rubin was still their DJ.

It's like you hear Cookie Puss as their first dabble at hip hop then it just fast forwards to Rock Hard and She's on it.

If anyone has any examples of what an old show sounded like I would be full of gratitude....and thats right.

HAHA I also read that back in the days Adrock used to B-Boy in between sets as well I bet that would have been awesome to see.

That's a good fucking question. Like how they always talk about how they'd swap between rap and harcore, when they had no Hip-hop songs that anybody in fandom knows of.

Good Question, but I wouldn't have the foggiest.
