Members on 'ignore'

Is it possible to have it so that the threads made by members of your own ignore list don't show up on the forum index?

and also not show up when someone quotes them.

The ignore function is part of the software we're running (vBulletin), so we can't really change that. If they deal with it in later versions, we'll upgrade ours.
