VH1 Yo! MTV Raps special

This played again this weekend on VH1 Soul. there's a segment on the Beasties, when they were on Yo! when Paul's Boutique came out. Then there's a segment on Run DMC, they performed Beats to the Rhyme in the studio, and the Beasties and some other guys were in the back. I never saw the Run DMC episode when it originally aired. Does anyone know if the original Yo! episode is available to download anywhere? I have a bunch of early episodes that I taped in 87-89 but not this one.

I don't know if it's available to download somewhere. However, I remember the episode very well. It is from November or December 1991. Run-DMC had just released a new video version of Beats To The Rhyme of them performing in front of a crowd to promote their 1st compilation album TOGETHER FOREVER. When they performed on Yo!, they did about a minute of Here We Go (similar to what was the intro on that new video version), went into Beats To The Rhyme, and ended up freestyling over that beat.

i just saw that show the other nite.. its funny when say how they expected the beasties to come on the show and act like some MCs and they were like goofin off and wandering off camera and shit
