Best hope for the Knicks is that they can draft Adam Morrison. If I were Isiah, I would trade either Marbury or Francis in the offseason to the Hawks for Salim Stoudamire and a draft pick. I would think he'd have a rough time moving either one of them, especially Francis. Yeah, the Hawks have Joe Johnson, but that's what I would do in a dream world.

The Knicks traded their unprotected draft pick to Chicago in the Eddie Curry deal, they do have one each from the Spurs and Nuggets, but those will both likely be in the bottom 20, and Morrison will already be pick long before that.

The Knicks really just have to have a season or two where then know they're going to be terrible, and not worry about wins and losses, just let whatever big contracts they have expire, and left the young guys like David Lee, Channing Frye, and Nate Robinson get as much playing time as possible.

I personally can't stand the Knicks, but living in NY, you're pretty much forcefed them all winter long.
