...those freakin celebrity reality tv shows where they get the celebs to dance on ice or on a floor/stage/whatever? Or the Surreal Life?

Their 15 minutes of fame have passed, haven't they? Why do they do shit like this even when their careers have taken a nasty turn?

Your thoughts please.

Surreal Life is i guess rather stupid, but sometimes entertaining for a Saturday afternoon or whatever. Shit like giving Paris Hilton a tv show is fuckin stupid! It is really a crockery what these people put on the air.

I loooooove the Surreal Life.

Anything with mini-me pissing in a corner, naked, with a chick rapper and a brady bunch member watching, is golden.

The most recent one had a bunch of celebrities I didn't even know existed, save Jose Canseco and that biker guy.

Kill Reality must be one of the worst ideas they've had. It's from last year, but I just saw some of it yesterday.

We have a show called dancing with the stars. They have footballers, actors and Miss Universe 2004 (or 2005??) on it. Its quite bad.

We also had a show where b-grade celebrities had to learn how to figure skate, and where celebrities had to learn how to be in a circus. It always seems to be the same celebrities.

Your thoughts please. My dad loves that particular show. I've watched it here and there.

I have friends--they're a couple--and they love it. They're into ballroom dance now because of that show or those shows. Can't hurt.

I don't think any of them watch it for the celebrities--the people dancing could be complete unknowns and the show, I think, would still be interesting.

In fact, except for a guy here or there, I think the celebrities on the show ARE complete unknowns to my dad and mostly to my friends too.

I don't watch those celebrity dancing/ice skating shows, but I watch the highlights on Extra.

Lisa Rinna's face makes me retch.

When I was a kid, I had a crush on Bruce Jenner. I heard that he was one of the participants on the skating show, so I considered watching it.

When he did the decathlon, he inspired me to get into sports the way I did. I wanted to see him now.

But then I figured that maybe I should keep the dream alive and remember him the way he was. And I didn't want to risk maybe seeing him wear man makeup and sequined body suits. :D

Yeah! And the President of Denmark should apologise as well. And the network execs should be executed too!

Thanks. I discovered my first stretch mark this morning though, and I'm feeling a little traumatised.
