you'll probably be fine. usually it'll keep for up to a week after the date. if it tasted sour, then it probably was already bad, though.

you won't die... you could get a nice case of diahrea, that's all... in my famly if cheese starts growing fuzzy fungus on it, we just chop off the "bad" part and eat the rest... I mean isn't cheese just a big hunk of fungus from bad milk?? :rolleyes: :o
