Thanks for summarizing that. I saw that story cycle around three times on the TV at the gym this morning, but they didn't have the subtitles up and I couldn't figure out what happened exactly. They didn't show the guy actually getting hit by the ball.

and i think there's some disclaimer for anyone that sits courtside saying that the franchise or the nba is not responsible for any harm cuased by players diveing for loose balls or getting smacked with a bad pass or something like that. i don't know about an intentionaly thrown ball though. the nba did fine garnet 5 grand though
