I'll go first, here's one I received about a year ago (I don't clear my PM box very often :():

ok.... n=4, sum of x= 100, (sum of x squared) is 1000, sum of x squared(i.e., -200 squared is -400, for -300 is -900, for 300 is 900)---that quantity is 500. Now we can plug everything into the equation--500-1000/n(which is 4)=500-250=250
