So I was just out looking for a new garbage can for my new apartment and I stopped by a place called Stacks and Stacks. they carry all kinds of things to help organize your house. anyway there were garbage cans (8-13 gallon) there that cost upwards of $100 bucks. Now at that kind of price, I want the flippin thing to sprout legs and empty itself!

they were kinda cool though, all shiny metal with neat lids that open when you step on the pedal.

I bought the plastic version of the cool one for 15 bucks.

why would someone spend $100 on a trash can is what troubles me. for it to be priced that high means at least one person has bought one.

somebody bought it at that price and didn't even think twice about it, that's what's scary. Some people have too much money.

Before you all throw stones at the preceived value of a garbage can, try asking Oscar how much he feels his home is worth. Then reevaulate how much you feel a "trash can" as you call it is valued. No wonder he's Grouchy

then need to make garbage bags and cans more compatible

the bag on the can in my kitchen either falls in or or i find a way to hook it around the edge, it doesnt go all the way down and rips the edges.

I have one of those (well actually two, one no longer has a lid and is now my recycling bin.....after I managed to break the catch that holds the top down, got angry and kicked a big dent in it).
£80 each, which is effin' steep, but it goes with my kitchen
