For 20 years I've been listening to Exodus. They have been a soundtrack to my lifes escape plan. I learn from Blabbermouth that they're playing in BKK and I check out their sight and sure as shit they're coming here. Shovel Headed Kill Machine is LAW! That LP is bullet proof. I'm more stoked than a red head getting ready to lose his virginity. I go to the show and it's OVER! 8 PM and the concert is over. I find out that it started at 4 PM. FUCK! 3rd World morons~why in God's name would anyone start a concert at 4 PM? I missed a concert 20 years in the making. Goddamnit! I'm furious!

I met the whole band and got my picture with them but FUCK I missed what equates to me as the Woodstock of BKK. And I missed it due to my own incompetance

I met the band though. For the most part a great bunch of guys. Rob Dukes is LAW! Paul Bostaph is a dick.

I'm gonna save my $ up and buy the ryder for them to come back at 8 PM; the time concerts start in every other country of the world

For once BKK gets a real band. Not just the regular hot topic bs fagshit that comes here. I'm talking about EXODUS...And I don't get to see it. I really dropped the ball on this one.

Thanks for the support guys for the most part. It was late when I wrote that thread and it was a strange combination of disappointment and bitter rage; I was seeing red. That was a huge let down. As stated earlier one of the only things I take serious is music and that happens to be one of my favorite bands

For those that ask who~here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exodus_(band)) They were the trail blazers of thrash. And never got their just deserts of fame and recognition. There's only one original member left but still they managed to put out the best record since Reign in Blood. After reflection, Paul wasn't a dick. I'm the dick. I told him that I got his autograph when Slayer came to Atlanta back in '94 for the Divine Intervention listening party at some record store 666 days before the Olympics and I remember Tom yelling "How I loved to KILL YOU!!!" from 213. And he said "Really? I don't remember that." That not being a dick that's just being matter of fact. He was cool. When I was getting his picture he wanted to feed an elephant and when I asked if Mint could get a picture with him he obliged~even though he was pretty anxious about feeding that elephant. Plus I couldn't have been shaking more if I'd come off a 3 day coke binge.

Rob was Law though! I went to the hotel and asked the reception for his hotel number then called him up and told him that I had missed the show and was kicking myself for it and am a huge fan of his growling on SHKM and that I'm not a pycho or anything like that but I'd like to just buy him a beer. And he said cool dood I'll be down in 15 minutes. He doesn't drink~we had a tea and talked about this that and everything in between. This monster looks like he doesn't need doors, he just walks through whatever is in his way~and, lets face it, I fit the bill of a classic paperpusher. He said that when they come back around this fall that'd he'd pencil me in for some tickets so the same mistake doesn't happen again. That's LAW!
