upholstering

im re-upholstering my couch. but i dont actually know how to. i just figured it wouldnt be too hard and i should learn. so.. does anyone know anything about this? something you could tell me? has anyone done it before?

i think it'll be fun. maybe i'll post before and after pics after i actually get it done.

i would use any need for upholstering as an excuse to just go out there and buy a brand new sexy one. oooh swish new things! i went to asda yesterday to do a crapload of food shopping [i only do "big shops" about once/twice a year as i don't have a car and it's only me] and i felt so special unpacking all the new asda goodies into my fridge/cupboards. uh. yeah.. stop talking claire.

i piss money down the drain. all the time. i guess it will be a good RE-investment?
