One of the most atmospheric games I have ever played, well worth the tiny download.
http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/5days/
Halfway down the page is a link to get it from "Home of the Underdogs" - and at the bottom of the entry is a link for "get it here."
Unzip the file to a folder of your choosing, and then run
"winsetup.exe" to configure the game.
You'll want to set the res to 640*400, and set it to anti-alias scaled sprites to improve the visual quality.
Click advanced, and set the maximum size to 20mb.
It should now work a treat, unless you have an old (shit) computer, in which case you can turn the settings down.
You might have to check your windows volume settings to make sure that "MIDI" (music) playback is set to a decent volume, the music adds to the atmosphere a lot.
Save and run it.

Try the sequel: http://www.fullyramblomatic.com/7days/
