i have a nasty stomach bug. the doctors said i just have a sensitive stomach right now and it'll go away soon. im not barfing anymore. but i cant have anything too whole grainy/fibery or anything not sugary. so far, im on a diet of apples, tea, sugary cereals and toast with butter and potatoes.
and surprisingly i lost like 5 lbs.

man, I swear there is an interconciousness going on in the world - I've often seen posts where someone decides to start a thread, and bam! someone else says that they have something in common with the same thing out of the blue too. So here's mine with this coookie crisp thread:
since the two years I've been in France, I haven't taken the habit to eat cereal for breakfast (or drink much milk either - I was used to the 2 gallon fresh in the refrigerator vitamin D 2% milk), but recently there was a bulk sale at a grocery store near me (bought 1 meter of Twix!) and they had a good price on cereal that caught my eye! you guessed it! coookie crisp!
So, after not eating it in a very long while (didn't even eat it much when I ate cereal in US) - I've been eating it regularly for a bit now. And it is still good tasting here. There are some cereals that don't translate well over here tastewise.
well, that was a bit long-winded. Yeap, pretty busy at work!
