Starting a Poll

I am new to the creating a poll and i dont want to make threads 3 or 4 times trying to do this so can someone kinda walk me through it.

from another thread:

When you're creating a new thread, scroll down to the section labelled "Post a Poll", then check the box labelled "Yes, post a poll with this thread" and set the options for your poll there.

i, however, have never tried to create a poll before :o
that's as far as my help can go sorry...

Thats alright ive seen that section and done that but other than that, thats as far as i get. I dont want to click submit and for there to be no poll. Thanks anyway.

there is a preview poll button...click it 1st.
