imageready via kazaa has been my free tool of choice.

I use Ulead GIF Animator 5 which I got legally. ;)

i got photoshop cs via bearshare and it comes with image ready. image ready w/photo shop is my chosen arsenal

I tried d/l ing Photoshop CS and it disabled itself after 1 week.
