my mate from tafe visits the site regularly just for a read, and occasionally posts in the Lost Season: 2 thread in BF.

his username is "parallel" and he is banned from his house, but can still access the board from TAFE. he'd like to know why his home IP was banned...

sometimes an entire IP blocks get banned if a user gets way out of hand - that can result in people getting caught in the crossfire so to speak. not sure if that's why or not - would have to look into it further, but that's what it sounds like.
