To me it's just cheesy and overplayed now...You can tell someone that knows nothing about the Beasties when they say they really like that song....Soooo much of their stuff is way better...

i skip "to all the girls" sometimes but only because i need to turn it up LOUD to hear and i'll get lost in the words....then before i know it: BUH-DUH-DUH! NOW I ROCK A HOUSE PARTY AT A DROP OF A HAT! scares the bejeezus (did i just say bejeezus?) outta me!

also, i skip songs sometimes because there are just ones i really wanna hear
right then and there and you know, that's the way it is...

Yep. I know exactly what your sayin, it gets me everytime! :p

But what I like to do when I'm bored or just about to go to sleep is go through all the albums and listen to my favorite songs, so I can get a nice variety ya know what I'm saying? That's when I skip songs, and not because I don't like them ok.

Think evryone skips tracks depending on their mood at the time - thats the beauty of the Beasties - something for every mood (well nearly).
Anyone got any unusual tracks they crank right up? Mines 'Bobo on the Corner' gotta love those drums!!

I agree and disagree with ya. #11 is fucking great but if i'd skip some Ill Communication's tracks for sure i'd stop in #1, #3, #5, #6, #7 and then on #11.

^Ditto, I like the instumental stuff but it doesn't fit with the punk/funk stufff. Like eating steak and ice cream at the same time.

Wow. I don't know how you can say that.

5 Burroughs is okay, but pretty thin. Ill Communication is like an album of CYH B-sides, for the most part. And LTI is really, really uneven and pretty sophomoric. Some Old Bullshit is painfully well-titled.

For the most part I skip nothing, but I sometimes skip Girls because I sometimes just can't listen to it. Not only is the lyrical content sketchy, the song itself is pretty bad. I also sometimes start Paul's Boutique at Looking Down the Barrel of a Gun because I love that song and then just keep listening because I love all the songs after it too. The album as a whole is great though, nothing really worth skipping unless I want to go straight into Shake Your Rump.
