It's a movie with a pretty sexy lady in it, telling the story three different ways making different decisions each time.

hey, I like that movie! jerk. you have to think of it in the context of the late 90's OR ELSE IT WON'T WORK OKAY!
p.s. I petted two cats that weren't george last night. one of them drank water out of the bathroom sink! Later he peed! (I don't know why they have an open litter box in the dining room...but whatever). I took a picture of them sitting on the couch in front of the t.v. looking like they were ready to play video games. I mean, their paws were tucked, but they could play video games if they fucking wanted to.
i watched it in german class, at high school. i thought it was pretty good (a lot better then verbs, and whatever. i bought it over christmas for $8, and still think it was a cool concept.
if you don't know what it is (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0130827/)

when Jaxon tucks his paws he looks like a thanksgiving turkey. Pretty much all cats do when they tuck their paws.

no I just wanna pet my cat loaf and be peaceful :(
I hated the way it was directed. the whole three different stories thing is just something employed by hack directors to cover up the fact that the writing and directing is bad. Little or no story? just film many different stories, or cut the movie so it's backwards, like Momento or several Tarintino films, and people won't notice how bad it actually is.

holy crap, I thought I was the only one who thought cats looked like loaves of bread. when george does that I say, "hi bread, you look like a loaf of bread, aww, lil loaf, what are you doing? what are you doing? loaf of bread, aww"
except that's not the cutest cat pose, upside down sprawled it the cutest...or, upside down with paws bent.

Whoa, son. Memento is a fucking perfect movie.
Whoa, son. Memento is a fucking perfect movie.
the first time, yes. the second time, and every time after that, oh god no.
Maybe that's too harsh, but I couldn't think of any other movies that employ the backwards movie thing, and I didn't want Tarintino to be the only hack I namedropped.
Matt rhymes with fat.
Anders Nilsson rhymes with nothing. what's your point?

How so? I think that for the first few viewings, it actually deepens, because 1) you know now how Shelby's motivated himself, and 2) You get to pick up more and more information showing how airtight it is.
The other backwards movie i can think of is Betrayal, with Jeremy Irons, Ben Kingsley, and... can't remember her name. I want to say Patricia Highsmith, but she's a writer. Anyway, it's based on a Harold Pinter play. Pretty good.
You wanna talk hacks -- pick on Michael Bay or something. Nolan's doing all right.

Nah, daughters. Run Lola Run and Momento are good movies. Especially Momento.

What's "Momento"? Is that one of your high falutin' foreigner films again? If so, then the terrorists have won.

You know what's even more pretentious? Fat movie geeks ripping on well-made, popular films just to look different and opinionated.
