Today not well brain working

so, mr.p just called me from the supermarket and read backto me the list I had given him of what to buy. He'd folded it up and put it in his pocket without looking at it before leaving and apparently I wrote down:

lettuce for 2nite sal
sponges cleaning bathroom
something for lunch (like chicken or
dinner 2morrow (quick and easy)
maybe sweet thing
juices (different)

it's one of those set ups. I know it is. You don't know how many times my wife has made similar lists and I get things for dinner and desert but I bought the things I had in mind. Oh yeah, I get home and she's not pleased and I get turned around.

Needless to say, we have a system now. Give me brand names or you get what I buy.

He came home with pretty good stuff; he did a nice job with interpretation. He says he is going to keep the list, as it's a very zen-poetry sort of thing.
