This is not acceptable behavior. The topic should pertain to a specific topic, with substance. While it is harmless, it should be frowned upon.
Thanks.

I invite you to take a look at the shame you're causing yourselves. This emoticon rubbish is nothing more than a lack of anything important or informal to say.

The administrators should deal with this waste of message board space. It is an outrage to leave it be like this. Why, if I were an administrator, emoticons would be banned, and while I'm at it, so would post counts.

Yes, that is cute, quite cute, but have you stopped and thought about the implications each emoticon serves? Take, for instance, the wink emoticon -- to me, this is nothing more than a sleazy, half-baked attempt at showing affection to another member. People can't put their feelings into words, so they must use this emoticon to do the thinking for them.
As for the sticking-of-the-tongue emoticon, how cutesy is this piece of dribble? This icon, along with every other one created on this board, is nothing more than childish playtoys.

I will have to pass on that, sir. Parties only serve as a venue for massive alcohol consumption, widespread drug use, and (unprotected) sexual activity.
However, we're straying from the topic at hand -- emoticons. A disgrace to the internet, indeed.
