I don't know how many people on this board are animal activitsts, and what not but I'm wondering if there are any fur holders on the board. I hope you'll change your mind after reading this and seeing videos


Many of you may not be aware of the clubbing season in Canada due to fur season, please shy away from ignorance and simply read of the cruelty and sadistic events that happen to not only baby seals, but cats, dogs, mink, etc.

BELOW: I HAVE INCLUDED REASONS ON WHY NOT TO WEAR FUR & HOW THEY GET IT

1)*Ranch-raised foxes are kept in cages only 2.5 feet square (minks in cages 1-foot-by-3-feet), with up to four animals per cage.

2)*Every year, thousands of dogs, cats, raptors, and other so-called "trash" animals (including endangered species like the bald eagle) are crippled or killed by traps.

3)To kill the animals without damaging their fur, trappers usually strangle, beat, or stomp them to death. Animals on fur farms may be gassed, electrocuted, poisoned with strychnine, or have their necks snapped. These methods are not 100 percent effective and some animals "wake up" while being skinned.

4)Animals can languish in traps for days. Up to 1 out of every 4 trapped animals escapes by chewing off his or her own feet, only to die later from blood loss, fever, gangrene, or predation.

PLEASE THEY HAVE NO CHOICE, SO MAKE YOURS OF COMPASSION HELP THE ANIMALS KEEP THEIR FUR!!!!!

Sounds like a reasonable night out in Wolverhampton to me.

hey! I didn't know that the fur on my hood was fox fur! my coat's from burlington coat factory for christs sake! don't tell anyone. about the fur I mean. stupid perry ellis.

yes but peta isn't the most reliable or credible source.

believe me, i'm a passionate animal rights nazi, but seriously. peta = about $$, not animals.

I made a thread a while back saying I don't think they should keep making fur clothing. we already have plenty fur for people to wear so we really don't need to keep killin critters. and I still beleive that.

I bought a cute wool coat with fur-looking collar for $80 at Filene's Basement. I never dreamed it was real fur until I started sneezing and having watery eyes while wearing it. I'm allergic to cats and angora sweaters so it figures I'm allergic to fox.

I swear that real fox trim is cheaper than faux fox!

In china, fur doesn't have to labeled by species, so you might very well be wearing cat or dog fur. It all depends on the region it was made in, etc. I hope you chose not to wear fur after reading this.

Yeah, PETA makes me sad, because I have a lot of respect for animal activists, but they are always associated with asscrazy PETA.

So PETA has radical factions so wearing fur is okay? Has Rumsfeld infiltrated the board?

There used to be a fur store in downtown SF but they closed it down after people started throwing red paint on customers as they left.

Fur is a status symbol for all but the eskimoes.

some beat baby seals dead some skin them alive.. i would do the same with those people and then wear their skins (ace ventura style, kinda)

said it before but they have to kill like thousands animals just to cover up her fat jho ass
