is that show big in the UK? coz i rekon its awsum, but they only show it on abc which sucks, but i mean like little britan and the office and shit are all HUGE in britan, is black books well known or not?

I'd say most people who are into comedy would know what it's about, but I don't think it's anywhere near as successful as The Office or Little Britain.

It has, what I like to call, The "Shout Factor", along with a few other shows e.g. "The I.T. Crowd". In other words, I can't stand to watch it for longer than 30 seconds because the level of shouting begins to make my eyes bleed.

Horses for courses and all that.

lol, yeah i didnt think i dont really think its in the same league as little britan and the office, but its nice to no its recognised, i dont rekon its got that much screaming, but then again that could just be me.
