It means "half chicken".
It is the name I give Mike D's dance from the movie
...when I'm feeling a little uptight about the nature of my grammar, I call it "Medio Pollo".
When I named it, I wanted to embellish it with a sunny-twist.
So, If you're feeling a little down, maybe you should consider "Pollo Medio" as a remedy.
