animated gif help

i have 2 pictures and i want to make one of those things where it switches back and forth between them.. i tried gifworks because i didn't want to have to download anything, but i don't think there's a way to do 2 pictures on there.. it only adds effects to one.

is there any other free one i can use w/o downloading something?
