going to yoga is probably one of the most heterosexual things a man can do. there's no dudes there and it's a pretty good chance that some of these fruity new-age girls are easy.

I took a yoga class one semester. I really wish I had kept up with it...it was a nice way to wake up, rather than sitting around watching tv and eating chips at like 10 in the morning.

10am for me is chicken burgers, steak burgers, egg bacon rolls, pies, yes chips (what you'd probably call fries) and all sorts of crap. But that's really my lunch and breakfast. I think there's a word for it.

if i dont do yoga, pilates, or any of those types of new age excersizes its because i cant stop laughing when i do...i cant take it seriously. or "concentrate", any of the stuff that requires "concentrating" when in the room with more than one person, "group concentrating"... i cant do that. i find it so godamned riduculous. im sorry. to all the "group concentraters". idiots.

I do bikram yoga twice a week and its amazing...you sweat your ass off but it's extremely cleansing and you feel like a rock star afterwards. I highly reccommend it...

I would do yoga but im always afraid that i will relax too much and let out a heinous fart. I usually don't mind farting in bars or with friends...but if there is no one else there to laugh with me about it...i get a bit embarrassed.

And yes...if I were to do it, it would be Bikram. Too bad the closest place for that is about 30 minutes away from me.

hey rock there was this tv Yoga show in argentina once, you know, the typical women doing yoga for people to follow at home. but one day during broadcast, the host farted! on fkin national tv! ha! was in the media and everything

everytime i read a thread like this it reminds me of how i am really out of shape and how i used to stretch before i went to bed every night and how much better i slept and genuinely felt when i did that.

now i am going to go and try to convince myself to stretch omore often and realize that even if i do, it will last for about a week at best
