so, yes, this is about a crush, fuck you.

there's this dude that I talked to a couple of times online from friendster and now we're internet friends, but we don't ever talk anymore. I recently messaged him saying, "nice moustache", but he didn't write me back. then last night, I actually saw him in person at the bar! I screamed with my hand over my mouth. My friends were like "go talk to him!" but I got scared and waited too long and he left. I think he saw me, but I can't be sure. he probably did. he had ducks on his shirt. he wasn't as cute as his pictures though, but pretty cute.

I'm thinking I should email him....but I probably shouldn't. I should just delete him and forget it. I hate being "friends" with people that may or may not think I'm a creep or boring. whatever, according to one of his blogs he's only kissed 6 girls and I've kissed like 17 boys, so maybe he's shy or something.

I should just delete him. yup.

He didn't write you back. End of story, right?

I mean, if you think he recognized you and he didn't talk to you, maybe that means something. Or maybe he's just shy, because people with ducks on their shirts are often shy.

I guess e-mailing him couldn't hurt.

yeah, I don't know. I suppose he could've said something if he wanted to, but I was with 6 other people and he was with one guy. so it would've been awkward for him to approach.

You still talking about Q?

Are you sure it was him? Because you could just write and say "I saw this guy and I think it was you and if it was I'm really sorry that I didn't come say hi, but I was afraid of totally embarassing myself if it wasn't you."

I've never met an internet friend in real life. It's quite an intriguing dynamic talking to someone solely on a computer.

I find this thread highly interesting - just sayin'.

Since me and jabumbo live in the same city, I could probably meet him. I don't want to though because I'm sure he's a bigger prick in real life.

yeah, maybe...hmm. I actually did something like that last week. some guy helped me carry drinks and then I went home and saw that somebody on friendster looked at me and he looked like the guy, so I wrote to him, "hey, thanks for helping, if that was you". but it wasn't him. but then that guy wanted to be internet friends with me anyway. it worked out alright. turns out he DJs with a kid I know. small world.

and holy hell, I wish I did have some xanex.

yeah, I know. so I'm going to do nothing. I'm not all torn up about it or anything. the more I think about it, the less I care. I just don't know why boys act like they like me, then just stop. it's not like I said anything crazy. bleh, he's not that great anyhow. it just seems like him and his friends are funny and cool and dorky and it'd be fun to hang out. but, whatever, I'll just stay with "artsy fartsy" friends!

I like someone else anyway. tee hee.

Boom'n was way hotter than i thought. His pictures don't do him justice. Cosmo on the other hand looks just as 2D in real life as her pictures. Same with her attitude. 2D.

I hate when that happens. It's happened to me a few times. Not really anyone I thought was cute but we'd talk for a bit and maybe hang out once, or maybe not it all... just all of a sudden they stopped talking to me even when I would send a message.

I must scare people :/

You know sarky, in thinking further about your situation… even if you had a tiny itty bitty amount of attraction to this guy, the fact that he seemed to be first to "diss" (so to speak) may make you delusional. I mean, this situation usually makes the diss-ee want the diss-er all the more. So keep your head on straight! Don't give in… do yourself a favor and let it slide. Sounds like you kind of already have anyhow.(y)

Hey Homie! It sucked that my trip across the pond was such a spur of the moment, work involved trip. I'd have loved to met up w/ya for a pint. God knows pub crawling was a main activity of ours during our brief stay in London. Sheesh louise, you guys got some fantastic tasting brew over there!
