how longs it usually take?

i ordered something about a week and a half ago, im not too worried about it but id just like to get some sort of time frame considering they dont really say anything on the site or in the email they send.

i live in ny too if that makes any difference, idk where they send it from.

The time it takes varies a lot (based on where you're at, how busy they are etc.). I'd give it a couple of weeks before following it up. It's being sent from LA.
