i'm sort of half interested, but i seriously don't have the time right now. i bought the first one but didn't get too far. i could never figure out how to beat cerberus. i've been trying way way way too long, i've tried on several nonconsecutive occasions but i can't seem to pull it off.

but yeah, when i get time, i'm gonna look into KH2.

Well I'm playing it currently with my girlfriend's 5 year old. So it's nice to have a game we can both appreciate.

I like that they brought the disney voice actors back from the films, bad scripting aside, pretty nice that they'd spend the coin to get the original voices (except Robin Williams as Genie).

The tron level was pretty much my nerd up moment so far in the game.

on a scale of "not too gay" to "really really gay" how does it compare to the intro of KH1?

in terms of gayness i mean.

because KH had a really gay intro

it's ...interesting. Sorta gay and sorta cool. The pencil drawings intertwined with CG was pretty neat. The pop music video, not so great.

What I mean by intro is there's like a whole side game you have to play just to get to the game itself. But it doesn't take 5 years to get to fighting level either like the first one.

Also, free level up tip. When you get Sora's experience up ability use it right away as it adds 20% to your experience from every fight then on.

The opening is long as fuck, but I can deal with it and still beat it in a weekened. I should mention that my weekends are four days long though.


Kingdom Hearts is extremely campy, anyway you slice it. A video game shouldnt make you feel gay like that.

I'm 14 hours in.
The prologue was crap and I skipped all the tournaments at the colloseum in this one. That part went on too long in the first one.
But yeah. I love it.
