After seeing AIFST, I have a new appreciation for Mike. I thought he looked good (whereas before that, I rarely looked twice at him). I liked the way he moved, the way he was, the way he looked. He's thin, yes, but to me, he looks better now than when he had baby fat and the odd hair in the 90s.

And besides, I agree with Chika; sexiness is less about looks, more about confidence (without conceit), intelligence, and charisma. Mike overflows with those qualities. He does not belong on that meanspirited list.

I admit I still carry a small grudge against Mike D for bicycling around NYC and hurting his shoulder and their tour with Rage got cancelled then Rage broke up...BUT I still love him more then a heck of a lot of people in this world and I think putting him above Richard Simmons is just damn disrespectful...

Like ive said before, im glad mike d takes care of himself. Like one of my old co-workers said, "god, don't those guys age?"

The people that thinks mike d looks bad are probably just jealous. Some people are like that, not all, but some.

It's like people know I workout alot and some may think, "man why does he care so much about himself, buy some potato chips or something". It's like some people think I think that im better than them, but its not like that at all. I just like to take care of myself.

Most of the negative comments towards a person that takes care of himself (either that be by lifting weights, jogging, or not eating meat) are people who dont take care of themselves.

For Mike D and myself, we just don't give a fuck about the people out their that makes those kind of comments.
