I've done the same thing, though, and I agree it's got to do with too much freedom. Sometimes I just don't go to class. actually, a lot of times I don't go to class. I'd never do that in high school, and I got good grades. It's also the fact that teachers in high school want you to do well and teachers in college don't care.

i have missed 13 days of calc total.... and like, probably about that much chem, and like 6 spanish. and for spanish that means i get 6 pts off my average :(

Not as harsh as my political science class. miss 2 days and your grade goes down half a grade, 3 days it goes down a whole grade, 4 and it goes down a grade and a half, and five means you failed. I haven't been keeping track. I think I failed. oh shit.

on the bright side, im not doing as poorly as i did last semester?

i should be ok though. i mean i think i'll get a B in spanish, and for chem, we can get a possibly 500 points, and we still have the potential to earn 300, i only have to get 137 of that to get a C- in the class and be done with it. calc is my only worry now, hopefully i can study hard and kick ass on the last test and the final and i'll be alright.

that is actually a good one. not your job specifically because i dont know what you do but spending time with people who do shitty jobs is always an excellent kick in the ass of motivation

i missed about 32 days in each grade level back in my highschool days and my mom almost got in trouble by the truancy people... that's bullshit!! leave my mom outta this, that was my damn choice!! It's fucking public school, and since i didn't have to pay, i figured why the hell should i go?? But now that i'm in college, and i HAVE TO PAY for it, i make sure i'm there every goddamn day!!

I found that my teachers never gave a shit, highschool or now in college... they're just in it for the money...

i study when ever the hell i'm ready!! school isn't difficult for me at all... i'm on the president's honor roll with an 3.8 grade pt avg... sometimes school's interesting, and then sometimes it's boring... if the teacher doesn't make it interesting

i should've done like Peter Jennings and dropped outta highschool to persue my own damn career when i had something in mind... now i can't make up my damn mind on 3 fields.... i give up, i'm a going to drink until i get stupid... later bitches!!:p

actually, no. did you miss the post about how i dont party or drink or anything? that includes going to clubs and suchlike. ive never even been to a club. or a real party for that matter. nor have i been on any dates since ive been in college. and i dont do any drugs either.
