Hello Nasty Vinyl

I have a few queries...

Basically I've recently come across an orange double LP of Hello Nasty, which I couldn't get hold of, and more recently a yellow double LP, which I managed to. They were both meant to be limited edition, which I believe.

I was just curious as to whether the limited edition double gold LP on beastiemania is the same as these, i.e. limited to 7500 copies? Only the colour on the pics of those ones actually does look more golden, which makes me think that the orange and yellow ones I've seen are sperate items (possibly rarer, or more common)...or are they all part of the same limited 7500 copies?

There may be slight differences in the shades but there was only one press of the colored vinyl that I'm aware of. It worked like this. Back when Grand Royal was still operational, they did their own seperate presses of the vinyl. So, when Hello Nasty came out there was the mass, Capital Records press on black vinyl. Grand Royal did its own seperate smaller press on colored vinyl. This is pretty much how Grand Royal operated since, at least the ill communication days. For example, the first press of the Root Down 12" on Grand Royal came in blue vinyl. If you got the capital version the vinyl was black. That's why it was always a good idea to order directly from Grand Royal, because you knew you were getting the small batch hook up.

Ah okay cheers man. When I read gold vinyl I figured what i'd seen could well be all part of the same release. This is all on ebay by the way. But yeah, both were Grand Royal pressings and limited...although the orange one really looked just that, as does the yellow one I have coming!
