I'm talking motorcycles, not pushbikes.

i used to have an R1, until some fucker crashed into it and wrote it off. decided it'd prolly be a good idea to just keep the insurance cheque instead of buying another one. I still have a YZ250 tho, but you obviously cant ride that on the road

I don't currently have a bike, but as I only have a short commute to work now I was thinking about getting one (instead of wearing out the turbo on my car - they hate short journeys).
Probably gonna get a CBR600 - not too big or thirsty, or too expensive to insure, but still goes well.

My dad's the opposite. I really don't think he wants me to have one, and he sees them purely as death traps.

I'm probably going to get a motocross style bike to go to work on to start with, until I can afford something bigger.

My sister's got 750cc, graphite gray, I think it was a Kawasaki, I'm not sure. She hardly rode last summer, she was too worried about her health she'd crash.

prolly something like a KTM ECX 250 would do the trick. you can pick up a 2nd hand one pretty cheap and they're easy to maintain. it's a 2 stroke 250 which can be riden both off and on road and coz it's a 2 stroke it'd easily match a 600cc bike. i was tempted to get one but i decided to get a bike for purely off road. there's too many dickheads in cars that'll most likely fuck you up.

I heard that Hyosung are a fairly big bike brand in Oz and New Zealand (they're Korean but apparently they own a large share of Suzuki, and design all of Suzuki's bike engines). They're quite new to the UK, but I've heard good things, and they're very cheap to buy.

never heard of them, if you really wanna live on the edge get a Hayabusa. it'll beat the fuck out of your turbo car, in fact it'll beat the fuck out of any car on the road. something that ways around 200kg's should really not have more than 200hp :p

Riding gives you the feeling like no other. There's a big rush (espesially the very first time), and your nervous. The wind blowing by you, the cozy helmet, the plush leather seats

damn i want a license

i think the bike that GhostRider uses in all his video's is a turbo charged hayabusa. that guy is a fucking nutcase. it's prolly valentino rossi in disguise

This is my bike:

I love bikes.

The Hyosung's are pretty good. I have tried the GTR (has a tuned Suzuki SV650 engine and is not bad at all for the price - £4500 new) and the Aquila GV650 ( excellent "sports cruiser" with great handling and power - about £5000 new)
