Holy shit! I remember that film (althought the name escapes me). There was also a rather bashed up robot wasn't there?
The film came out when I was really young, and I remember I slept through much of it.

Black Hole! And the other robots name was something like Bob or Old Bob.

And sorry, I can't take photos of my place of work because:
1. It's a vast area
2. I'd probably end up in prison

This is where I spend most of my days right now (as of next week another place half the time).
Yesterday we celebrated easter and had a big lunch for the whole crew, kids (and me) dressed as easter witches. Here the Dragonflies performed a song for everyone.

This is what it looked liked outdoors last week when the snow was melting.

Oh yeah I'm gonna be working a few weekends in April and May at the garden center where I worked summer 2003 (I've worked at a few, but I've kept contact with this place, helped with inventory every year etc, cause I always wanted to work again there, it's next door to the botanical gardens and they have the best collection of outdoor plants (except for the exclusive Zeta's) and that's where I'm gonna be working :D
I've never seen Picea abies var. pendula tho.

Hey heiress,so what exactly you are doing in your job.YOu are testing water,soil..?

we test water/soil/sludge for contaminants, mineral content and for other basic physical properties
we also test drinking water for fecal bacteria

and we assay mining core for precious metal content; gold, silver, copper, platinum etc etc

B girrlie...whats an easter witch?

TAL
04-12-2006, 02:58 PM
It's something we have here. It's sort of like halloween in the way that kids dress up like witches and go around to peoples houses and get candy. In return the people get a easter card that the kids have made themself.

And yes, I've been dressed as a witch for easter many times.

It means Theater, not teacher. They're standing on stage. And the kids 3-5 year olds...

here's one easter witch (not from my pre-school tho) (now the kids here have two holidays to collect sweets around....)
http://www.phnet.fi/public/mano.haimakainen/trulli.jpg

The old fairytale is the witches all flied on a broom to Bluehill at easter for a big meeting to talk about their brews and stuff.

Zeta's (http://www.zetas.se/) is an exclusive garden center, not a plant! :D

Here wandering jew is just an indoor plant, as is Tradescantia pallida Purpurea (http://www.mobot.org/gardeninghelp/images/low/C137-0824051tap.jpg), which I have hanging on my window. One of my favourite perennials is Tradescantia andersoniana, even tho it blooms only in the pre-midday. I have at least four different kinds on my allotment (two different purples, white with purple stamens and white with white stamens, L'Innocence).
