'Atlantic City' by Springsteen is probably my favorite song featuring a prominent harmonica part. Lots of Dylan to choose from. I'd go with 'Girl From The North Country'. Stevie Wonder's 'Isn't She Lovely'? How about the theme from Sanford & Son or The Rocford Files? Murs' single with 9th Wonder (L.A.) is probably the current fav, though.

My fave harmonica-heavy song has to be:
The Reverend Coyote - Papillon
