which program?

I'm sorry if this has already been posted.
I'd like to know from you, professional remixers, which program is the best for remix.
It's important!
I'm looking for something possibly simple to use.
A program that reads and edits mp3 files (samples..) and that at the end convert the whole track in mp3.

I use Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/), but I'm no pro.

It reads and edits mp3 files and LAME MP3 encoder (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3) - Allows Audacity to export MP3 files (y)
