My back Hurts!

It hurts like hell, its hard for me to sit still. It fells like there is something in there. any suggestions on how to relive this pain fast.

I'm always having back pains. All of my birthday balloons are becoming a little deflated yet mould nicely into the contours of my back to ease pain as I sit in my chair!

What have you been doing lately that might have triggered it? Always a good start thinking about that one.

bag of frozen peas or corn or ice, cooling reduces swelling which in turn will give pain relief.

Not sure if a doctor would advise this but being tall i get back ache nearly every day after work. When i get home i get my wife to stand on my back as i lie on the floor, you can hear it crack back into place, et voila it feels fine again!

lie on your stomach and get someone to walk back and forth on your spine. I used to billet OHL hockey players and they showed me how to do this.
