You've been online for the same amount of time that I have but yet made no responses to any threads.
I'm not talking about the numerous guests that appear, I'm talking about the ones with the lights on but noone's home.
Want me to drop names?
ericlee

oh yea, I'll drop some names, drop it like it's hot, drop it like it's hot.
does your name still sit there if you don't click on 'sign out'?
i never click that. only the red X

pffthaha, maybe it's due to the fact that I've let my heart bleed on zippo's thread and this board has yet remained "stagnant"
Awfull word people. "you people" and yes, I'll throw it out as in I still can't see how it's so frowned apon in society.

ehh, buddy. I've got add so I know where you're coming from on the never signing out button thingy.
I'm of age and get a little tipsy and forget to click it myself.
It's just kinda like if you look at the list of threads and see the dulled and your name being the last poster of that thread without any highlights as the list goes down.

maybe it's paranoid thoughts. As in, we know people are there, "you people" because we see them but yet............

oopsy, it might be an unwanted lack of communication ordeal.
To erase that ordeal, I should have implied my name or anybody else's name that just lingers on a particular thread till it's all dulled up and gets sunken on down.
It's just the fact that you see people here but yet, the board remains dull.

I like jackrock, he's not one of "you people". He knows his shit smells about as bad as mine and everyone else's.
He's not one of the "you people". The ones that will look into this thread but won't respond.
It's about 12 or 13 actual replies compared to 34 looksies now..
Yeah, that's right "you people"

as a matter of fact, I've always liked tzar. He's cool too.
It's not the fact that he's responsed to this thread, it's the fact that he's down with being himself and got nothing to prove but being himself.
The majority of lookers in this thread thread that don't respond are just a bunch of high educated lookers just shaking their head back in forth while going nowhere with their high level of such leading to a career that just leads to a brick wall.
Heh, you know what? I'll rub it in people's faces if they need it. I've got a montgomery GI bill which is valid for up to 10 years, and trust me, I'm going to use it here very soon to get a very simple federal job. In the great outdoors where I can breath freely and not have to worry about the fact that "I've got a high I.Q but my job leads me to nothing but sitting here in the void for the rest of my life and complain about people with a lower IQ than me"
sniff, sniff.. purrr
God, it's good to have actual experience over "education" sometimes. I take it in stride.
I am "you people".

I'm being forced to get a job this summer
how are you being forced? By family? Parents? Or those pesky "you people?"
jackrock
04-22-2006, 01:54 AM
parents
ericlee

parents are always right man.
I was 11 when I had my first job and it was just delivering newspapers. Of course being that young, I've learned shortcuts as to removing the damn additaves to the Sunday paper.
I'm sorry to "you people" if by my actions, I have thrown away some coupons that you've or never would've used anyway.
It's a change in pace, in life. Having a job is always a good thing and you can frown upon people that bum things from you because they don't have one.
Dig around a little though, find one that's suitable for you and hopefully the outcome is good and you can stick with it for a couple + more years.

it's just for the summer, and my options are limited as i will be at a rather small lake.
ericlee
04-22-2006, 02:26 AM
that's cool. I'm from a very small part of the map but yet, alot of the business is drawn because of the location. Northern Ohio, Lake Erie, the "World's Walleye Capitol"
I've had many jobs spotting the people catching walleye to ensure they don't exceed their limt but due to the fact that everytime I had to go on a boat was during the most choppy times on the lake, I've spent most of the time over the bow, puking my brains out. The fishermen on the boat didn't mind a bit though because I brought in the "bait" which basically brought in the null as to my existence of that job in particular..
Hmm, that's not a good influence but, don't worry. They were "you people" just using my hometown where I grew up and was raised into their trashcan of beercans in which they have proudly dumped.
A summer job on the lake is a good job, if in the right place. It's outdoors with a fresh slate of mind.
What kind of job is it?
no one answered my muhfuckin' question!(!)

probably in a store, so thats not too great. What i want to do is work at a marina, but my parents object, (it's my uncles place, too)
i love boating, i've never been sea sick. I used to sit at the very front of the boat on my knees, when you really got going, the front end would tilt up like crazy, so i was way up in the air.

see, my mistake was that I'd be on the bow of the boat and feel queezy and then move to the cabin, which made the queeziness intensify and then I'd move back to the bow just to upchuck.
I was young then and have overcomed it. Man ,boating is a great adventure. Hopefully you can get out of the shop and if not, just try to think of the benifits of it. You can buy some of the things that you've always wanted which turns all of the "man I hate this job" thoughts into something beneficial.

psst, don't read them then. I'll put Eric's drunk and going to post another jackass thread in the title then so people know not to click it.
I did on the other hand get a chance to mingle with somebody. It does have somewhat of a benificial factor.
