Could you be held responsible if/when he gets busted and it's found out that you knew something and didn't report it? If so that's messed up.

nope, I really don't see that happening.

I've maintained a clean record for quite some time. I really don't think there's such a law where you have to narc someone out.

I couldn't bring myself to do it because it's not in my nature to be hypocrital. I'm clean now and have been for a while but I'll smoke once and a while.
