It's a Heteroptera (shield bug) called Dolycoris baccarum (http://www.entomologi.se/cgi-bin/enter.cgi?iljwhat=5001), in Swedish berryfart! LOL
but not a friend of a gardener :mad: it eats leaves, almost worse than an aphid.

But I still won't kill any, I really like the shiny ones, they're like jewels.

We have bugs like that at our school. They sort of look like ladybugs but they are orange instead of red. When you try to kill them they stink like ass and usually leave a residue, which usually attracts other bugs. Blah.
